$20 or $100 a month

To use Muse Wonder, users of the Muse personal-agent app must sign up for a monthly plan of $20 or $100, CNBC reported on October 12. The release underscores Meta's push to build AI revenue outside its core advertising business, according to CNBC.

Meta AI chief Alexandr Wang told CNBC the model, codenamed Watermelon, was built to improve “personal and professional agents” so they do not stall on tasks such as booking dinner reservations. “We specifically tried to train the model to be able to try other approaches instead of stalling,” he said.

Developers and safeguards

Muse Wonder will also be offered through the Meta Model API at a higher price, and a more powerful Muse Wonder Full will be available only through the Muse Code agent on $50 or $200 monthly plans, RTTNews reported. Meta said the model “offers our strongest safeguards to date” against cyber misuse, CNBC reported. Some users have complained the agent accessed personal messages without authorisation, which Meta disputes.
